Massimiliano "Max" Benassi is a former Italian professional goalkeeper known for his experience in the Italian football leagues and his expertise in goalkeeper training. Born on October 11, 1981, in Italy, Benassi developed his skills in the competitive landscape of Italian football, establishing himself as a reliable and experienced shot-stopper.

Benassi’s professional playing career spanned across several Italian clubs, where he demonstrated strong reflexes, leadership, and consistency between the posts. He played in Serie A, B and C, representing clubs such as Lecce, Sassuolo, Arezzo, Perugia, and Juve Stabia, among others.
