With a deep-rooted passion for soccer, Massimo's career spans years of dedicated playing experience in Italy's semi-professional leagues, sharing the field with legends like Del Piero, Bachini, and Del Vecchio in youth age. Transitioning from player to coach, he has honed his expertise further with several years as a licensed youth soccer coach, bridging both Italy and the USA. This unique blend of experience fuels his commitment to inspiring and developing the next generation of soccer talents, ensuring they receive elite training grounded in a rich tradition of skill and dedication.

Annalisa grew up in St. George, Utah, where her love for soccer began at the age of five. Despite the limited resources available in her small town, her determination and passion for the game led her to compete at the collegiate level. At Dixie College, she played a pivotal role in securing a National Championship title in 2000.

Recognized statewide for her resilience and work ethic, Annalisa takes pride in witnessing the growth of soccer in her community. With years of experience coaching grassroots soccer, she is committed to inspiring the next generation of players and sharing the joy and life lessons the game has brought her.

Born and raised in Novara, Italy, Gully developed his skills in local leagues before advancing to Italian semi-professional soccer. He played collegiate soccer at Utah Tech University, competing across Division I and II for four years. Currently, he contributes to NEXTGEN SOCCER as part of the scouting management team, helping identify and develop the next generation of soccer talents and organizing tryouts for professional teams.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Jeff grew up playing in the highly competitive DFW soccer market. He played collegiate soccer at Texas Wesleyan University from 1990 to 1993 and has been coaching players and goalkeepers in Dallas since 1996. As the co-owner of Paradigm Soccer Performance in Plano, TX, he is dedicated to developing soccer talent and enhancing player performance.
